Dr. Tracy Hayden
Audiologist/Owner
Dr. Hayden holds her doctoral degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Hayden is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She has been practicing audiology for 30 years and has been serving the Billings area for the last 27 years. She has spent her career focused on assisting those with hearing difficulties through use of hearing aids, listening strategies, assistive devices and counseling. She is experienced in working with both adult and pediatric populations.
It is important to Dr. Hayden to develop close relationships with each and every patient, as she helps them develop better communication strategies to live a fuller life. Her goal is to optimize your hearing and make listening effortless.
Dr. Kelsi Prosser
Audiologist
Dr. Prosser obtained her doctoral degree in Audiology from Wichita State University. She chose to pursue a degree in audiology due to her own experience of being diagnosed with hearing loss at four years old. She is passionate about building strong relationships, and a positive experience for each patient on the journey to better hearing.
Dr. Prosser specializes in diagnostic audiometric evaluations for patients of all ages, tinnitus evaluations, diagnostic vestibular evaluations, cochlear implants, assistive listening devices, and hearing instrument fittings. While out of the office, Dr. Prosser enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two children, and two Australian Shepherd dogs.
Tina Craig, H.I.S.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Tina has been working in this office since 1999. She has many years experience managing the office, testing, cleaning and repairing hearing aids and billing insurance. She became a licensed hearing aid dispenser in 2021. She performs audiometric testing, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid adjustments and counseling. Building relationships is very important to her.
Tina is married and has two daughters. In her free time she enjoys cooking and shopping. When she’s not doing one of those things, you can find her at sporting events. Her favorite is definitely Denver Broncos games!
Brandy Dillon, H.I.S.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Brandy has been in Audiology since 2007 in the Billings area. She has earned an associates degree from MSU-B in medical administration. In 2009, Brandy acquired her Hearing Instrument Dispensing License from the State of Montana. She thoroughly enjoys her profession and loves the relationships she builds by helping people get back to hearing all that life has to offer!
Paxton Heinzeroth
Patient Care Coordinator
Paxton was born and raised in Montana. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and horseback riding. She is passionate about helping people learn new things and always willing to lend a helping hand.
