My hearing aids were cleaned as the filter prevented them from working. They are working again and I was given a pamphlet on cochlear implants as I am interested in having that procedure done. Thank you for the info and the help with my hearing aids.

She also found that my current hearing aids could fit better, and ordered me a better set to help me with comfort and my tinnitus. Amazing! I really thought there was no hope for my hearing issues and Dr. Hayden just came in and said no problem. I’m hearing better than I ever had in 12 years. Brandy listened and then fulfilled our request to have hearing aid options explained to us. We were then able to make an informed decision, quickly and confidently. We did not feel pressured or like we were being sold on a particular device or service. My wife explained repeatedly afterwards, "I'm so happy!"
