The most amazing audiologist ever! I have had numerous hearing tests throughout my career as an equipment operator. But have never had an examination like Dr. Tracy Hayden. She’s the best. I think it is the best consultation and examination around this area. Everything is explained completely. Different products that fit your needs and you are not rushed through it. This office is always considerate of patients and their travels. Number one in my book!

Tracy is amazing, she assisted me with getting my CI and is currently helping me on this journey with my new hearing device! She is always there to answer my questions and/ or concerns. Brandy the audiologist was extremely helpful today! A little background, my son has hearing aids so we had a general idea of how my Grandfather's appointment might go.... (what they might explain, and how to use the aids)...

Brandy took so much time explaining exactly how the aids would work, how the sound would come through, how we could do adjustments, clean and maintain them.
I don't think she missed anything I would have mentioned!!

She went through all information slowly and clearly so my Grandfather could hear and understand. Not only did she present as professional and knowledgeable, she gave my grandfather the proper information for SUCCESS with his new set of ears!!
