Dr. Hayden holds her doctoral degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Hayden is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She has been practicing audiology for 27 years and has been serving the Billings area for the last 23 years. She has spent her career focused on assisting those with hearing difficulties through use of hearing aids, listening strategies, assistive devices and counseling. She is experienced in working with both adult and pediatric populations.

It is important to Dr. Hayden to develop close relationships with each and every patient, as she helps them develop better communication strategies to live a fuller life. Her goal is to optimize your hearing and make listening effortless.

Tina, is a trained audiometric technician. She has many years experience testing hearing, cleaning and restoring hearing aids and billing insurance claims. Tina has completed factory training from Starkey Hearing Technologies.

Jacie joined the office in June 2017. She moved to Billings, Montana, from O‘ahu, Hawai’i. Jacie assists with administrative tasks, cleaning and servicing hearing aids

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and playing the ukulele and piano.
